Withdraw

Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before you can make a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes to 24 hours.

Wagering Requirement

• Not all games are eligible for bonus wagering — certain games may be excluded from bonus play.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
